CHÂTEAU LE CAGNARD WELCOMES THREE LEADING SWEDISH CHEFS FOR GUEST APPEARANCES
This year, three of Sweden’s most accomplished chefs take over the kitchen at Château Le Cagnard in the South of France. During three exclusive dinners, Mikael Einarsson, Tommy Myllymäki, and Niklas Ekstedt will each create a unique menu overlooking the Mediterranean.
Throughout the season, Château Le Cagnard will be visited by three of Sweden’s most renowned culinary figures. Each chef will bring their own style to the restaurant, serving exclusive menus created especially for the evening. First up is Mikael Einarsson, chef-owner of Chez Jolie in Stockholm. He is followed by two nights with Tommy Myllymäki, known from both television and the two-star Michelin restaurant AIRA. In September, Niklas Ekstedt ends the summer season with a one-night appearance. He runs Ekstedt, Hillenberg, and the wine bar Tyge & Sessil, and is also a well-known TV personality.
