CHÂTEAU LE CAGNARD WELCOMES FOUR LEADING SWEDISH CHEFS FOR GUEST APPEARANCES
This year, four of Sweden’s most accomplished chefs will take over the kitchen at Château Le Cagnard in the South of France. During exclusive guest appearances, Richard Bergfors, Mikael Einarsson, Tommy Myllymäki, and Niklas Ekstedt will each present a unique menu overlooking the Mediterranean.
Throughout the season, Château Le Cagnard will host these renowned culinary figures, each bringing their own style and vision to the table. Richard Bergfors, CEO of Max Burgers and the driving force behind the popular Instagram account @burgerspotting, will kick off the series on July 3 with a night inspired by his passion for burgers — blending Nordic street food with the flavors of the Côte d’Azur, grilled outdoors in the garden.
He is followed by Mikael Einarsson, chef-owner of Chez Jolie in Stockholm, on July 19. Then come two nights with Tommy Myllymäki on July 24 and 25, known from both television and the two-star Michelin restaurant AIRA. In September, Niklas Ekstedt concludes the summer with a one-night appearance, showcasing his wood-fired cuisine. Ekstedt is also the chef behind Hillenberg and the wine bar Tyge & Sessil, and a familiar face from international food television.
